Bill Keslar
Bill Keslar is Chief Executive Officer of Building Solutions, a technical advisor on facilities matters for churches, independent schools, and other non-profit organizations. Founded in 1990 and based in Dallas, TX, Building Solutions has served clients across the nation for over past 30 years.
Bill has worked in the facilities design, construction, and operations fields since 1975. As a facilities professional, he has managed development and construction of facilities ranging in size up to $100 million for corporate, institutional, and private clients in the midwest and southwest. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, with a specialty in “Existing Building Operations and Maintenance”.
A longtime member of the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration, Bill has been a leader and member of many volunteer groups such as Altar Ministries, Racial Justice Ministry, and Building Grounds Technology Committee. He lives in Dallas with his wife Sandy.
